How to Use This Journal (Best Practices)

  • 🗓Select a date from the calendar before you start — your entry will be saved under that date
    📝 Write freely — focus on thoughts, feelings, or reflections from meditation or daily life
    🎤 Use voice-to-text if typing feels hard — just speak and let it flow naturally. 
  • POINT TO REMEMBER: End the voice-to-text message with “Thank You” only, which works as a full stop
  • 🔖 Add tags like gratitude, focus, stress — helps you find patterns over time
  • 🌡 Rate your mood (1–5) — be honest, there’s no right or wrong
  • 🧠 Track Focus, Calm, Stress (1–5):
    Focus: 1 = distracted, 5 = sharp and clear
    Calm: 1 = agitated, 5 = completely at peace
    Stress: 1 = no stress, 5 = overwhelmed
  • 🔁 Update past entries — revisit, reflect, revise
  • 🏅 Earn badges for consistency — small wins matter!
  • 🔒 Private and secure — only you (or admin) can view your entries
